In Caudéran, a former municipality merged into Bordeaux in 1965, the eighteenth-century plot pattern still carries a fabric of échoppes, chartreuses and townhouses.

New floor, roof openings, landscaping and pool. Tender documents for contractors: demolition, construction, electrical.
